I have been working at Deloitte full-time (Less than a year)
Given responsibility for deliverables from the start,
Most senior management are generous with their time
Most colleagues are great to work with.
Hours can be demanding at times,
Not all teams are as welcoming/give responsibility to graduates.
Progression up through ranks is relatively standardised even for graduates with previous experience
Compensation is slightly behind some competitors for junior staff
Advice to Management
Maintain open communication with more junior staff
Allow accelerated progression for those who show promise.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Dublin, Co. Dublin (Ireland)) in November 2015.
First round - two managers. Firstly went through application form and CV, focused on education and working experience. Then asked competency based questions: communication skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork, time management, leadership skills. Lastly Q&A. Lasted 45 mins.
Second round - partner. Mainly partner is talking. More about motivation. Lastly Q&A. Lasted 15 mins.
