I worked at DialAmerica full-time (More than 5 years)
you are paid a base rate of 8 an hr and then you are in control of how much more u make in incentives a wk so u can actually make 8-16 an hr for most ppl but of course you can make more depending on your sales techniques. There are other depatment where u only handle customer service calls or monitoring other agents calls. There are several different branches inside the company that you can work for though and they are all awesome. I must say DIal America is the best employer Ive ever worked for. Oh and they offer 401k and other insurance n benefits and its very easy to move up in the company if you work hard! The company hires alot of college students so they are very flexible in hours and will work with you!

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at DialAmerica (Athens, GA) in July 2018.
Very easy interview. We really just negotiated my schedule and hours after I took this makeshift aptitude test on their computers. Nothing too hard. Easiest process I have ever been through.
