I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DialAmerica (Gray, TN) in December 2015.
The interview process was easy. You do a phone interview which takes about 15-30 mins of your time and then you are scheduled for an in office interview. The in person interview was pretty standard they bring you and you do an assessment on a computer that tells you about the position and what you are applying too. After that you are taken into an office with the hiring manager whom you will talk with for about 30 mins to an hour depending on your background. She will just ask you standard questions and have you read one of two scripts for their different projects.
