I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DialAmerica (Greentree, PA) in October 2012.
Interview
It was very easy, I was asked maybe 10 questions and that was it. I filled out the application, the recruiter took me back to her office, asked me a few questions and the hours I want to work and then called and offered me the job the next morning.
