      I have worked for DialAmerica for almost 7 years, started out as an agent and was able to receive the training and coaching that I needed so that I was able to grow and be successful.

      Cons

      None, I really enjoy my job and the people that I work with daily.

      Advice to Management

      Keep training and coaching all of our agents so that they are able to be as successful as we have been able to be.
