Pros
The supervisors and Manager care a great deal for their coworkers. The pay is consistent and the environment is positive. Very good training program and on the job mentoring. Super place to launch a career.
Cons
If you are not present and communicating you will not have the job long. If you show dependability and you are coachable, you will be recognized and have opportunities to move up.

Interview
Applied online, was contacted within an hour. Onsite interview at Mahwah office where I did a quick and easy assesment, filled out paperwork, and immediately got an offer. Was also given a tour of the office.
