      I have been working at DialAmerica full-time (Less than a year)

      Pros

      We have understanding managers. Our schedules are flexible to a minimum. This atmosphere is relaxed but yet still business orientated. My co-workers is the best pro about my company.

      Cons

      The only con is the pay is ok.
