      Pros

      -building great relationships with coworkers and supervisors during a shift
      -prizes for getting sales
      - learn how to handle each type of customer, and what to say. Great communication building
      -incentives on sales
      - very flexible!

      Nothing I can think of

      Advice to Management

      Continue uplifting and helping everyone even if it might seem like they are hard to train. Everyone learns different, you just have to learn how to teach the way they comprehend and they will get better !
