I worked at DialAmerica part-time (Less than a year)
DialAmerica taught me sales. The training was thorough and ongoing. The team leaders worked with me daily to improve my communication skills. Family like atmosphere. I enjoyed the games and recognition for my calls. Coworkers become friends while in a professional setting. Monthly theme weeks encourage team work. They set a schedule that works for you, I am a student and left due to moving.
Working with clients you believe in, you still deal with a lot of rejection. There are goals to meet but what job doesn't? No wifi but I heard they are working on that.
