Great Staff who are incredibly patient
Buffoons for management. Incompetant and under the table decisions made too frequently
Advice to Management
Don't fork out over £100k for a consultant who manipulated a full time job there and who gets rid of people who don't agree with his methods. Don't bring in all your incompetent buffoons to make you look important and who consistently tell you how wonderful you are. Don't go over the official subsistence by staying ( along with your yes men) in hotels costing over £200 per night each, on wasteful 'away' days. There are plenty of rooms at the Premier Inn! This is where your CHARITY money is being spent - on the likes of these not so much on the people who desperately need it.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Dimensions (Sheffield, England (UK)) in February 2018.
Had to sit a level 1 literacy and numeracy test that was really simple.you are given a calculator for the numeracy which was and 30 minutes to complete both. Interviewed by two managers who had a set of questions and wrote down answers. Asked for documentation to copy in order to complete background checks.
