    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dynatrace (Gdańsk (Poland)) in January 2017.

    Interview

I was totally blown away by how efficient the process was. When I was approached by Dynatrace, I was already very far up an interview process with another company. Dynatrace has managed to do in two weeks what the other company was doing two months.

    Interview Questions

    • I have been asked everything from my experience. My language and presentation skills were tested as much as my technical knowledge. I was given a home project and had to present it in front of an audience of my colleagues. The interview took place over 3 meetings.
      1) HR and Team Leader - experience, language skills, HR/psych eval questions + home assignment/project
      2) Team Leader and colleagues - presentation of the home project
      3) 3 colleagues I would end up working with - a casual chat to see if we fit and if we will be happy working together   Answer Question
