Fellow Dynatracers make you feel valued, not only for your business contributions, but also as a human being. The local offices also take the time to celebrate occasions, big or small.

Advice to Management
Investment in professional and personal development and competencies, including CPD, leadership training, communication and soft skills training, wouldn't go amiss.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Dynatrace (London, England (UK)) in January 2012.
1) Was contacted via LinkedIn
2) Recruiter reached out to me for a Phone Interview
3) I needed to submit a PersonalityTest
4) Was invited to the HQ in London for a Face-to-face interview
