I have been working at Dynatrace full-time (Less than a year)
Strong leadership, market leading products, regularly replacing competitors, and a quickly growing list of big-name customers. The company is very well positioned for the years ahead and is delivering high value solutions to customers. Theres a strong focus on customer success. Lots of opportunities for employee growth in all areas of the business.
A few of the usual growing pains for a re-invented and rapidly growing company: limited resources in a few areas, lots of new employees still getting up to speed in their roles, and a need to drive greater market awareness. The company does appear to be investing in all of these areas with hiring qualified people and providing good onboarding programs, and the market awareness seems to be steadily improving - e.g. see the recent Gartner MQ for APM.
Advice to Management
Continue the focus on innovation and customer success (pre and post sale, and within every process). If all of our teams, no matter their role, are 100% obsessed with innovating in their role around the customer experience, the revenue and growth will follow. We are building an incredible new platform that can capture alot of market share, and we are very well positioned to keep expanding beyond APM, but we need to always maintain and even expand our focus on the customer experience.
