I worked at E. & J. Gallo Winery full-time (Less than a year)
Great workforce! Managers were kind and team oriented. The company really does understand the problems sales reps go through on a daily basis.
Not a job you can expect to stay in the same city if you want to move up in the company. Early morning work hours every day. Competition in accounts between other companies sales reps can be excessive.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at E. & J. Gallo Winery (Orange, CA) in October 2019.
The interview process is two rounds, meeting with recruiters and then going out and looking at the day-to-day responsibilities of district managers on the job. It is one-on-one until you pair with district managers to see how they go into stores and businesses to sell.
