    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at E. & J. Gallo Winery (San Miguel, CA) in June 2015.

    Interview

    First was a pre screening with HR to make sure you say who you are.
    Then was a Phone/video conference interview with winemaker
    Followed by a Background check which checked your work experience and dates of employment, Drug screening and physical before you can sign a contract
