I have been working at Eastridge Workforce Solutions full-time

    Pros

I went in to join a friend at his job. My recruiter Christina Vo was very helpful to check with the company if they had any openings. By the following day I received my starting date! Even after I started work, Christina has been amazing with fixing any issues with payroll and my hours.

    Cons

So far there hasnt been any cons.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Eastridge Workforce Solutions (Anaheim, CA) in November 2015.

    Interview

Applied via indeed.com and got an e-mail from the office coordinator to set up an initial phone screen with the area manager. 30 minute phone screen with the manager which then lead to an in-person interview with the manager that lasted about an hour. Final interview was a lunch where a role play is done and then you have an interview with the EVP
