Employees rate Burnaby 0.3% lower than the overall average
I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time (More than a year)
Employees have a wide freedom to manage their own workload and feedback is welcomed!
Having a 'welcome buddy' to help onboarding helps speed up the process and to learn some shortcuts.
Try and error is accepted, and people are strongly encouraged to ask questions whenever they want - open door police.
Couldn't find any. All I needed on my onboarding I was provided.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work! Game On is a great tool to help onboarding new hires.
