I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (San Francisco, CA) in April 2016.
The recruiter was incredibly flaky and unprofessional. He set up a phone interview with me and seemed to have forgotten about it because he didn't call me or email me to let me know he was running behind or if we could reschedule. I sent him an email and heard back from him several hours later. We rescheduled the call again and once again he flaked. I waited about one hour and decided to call him. I finally got in tough with him and he went ahead and did the interview. Of course he apologized profusely, but that just made things even more awkward. He moved me to the next stage which was a phone interview with one of the attorneys. That went better and she was definitely more professional.
