Bad management, I got fired because i requested to meet CTO to get some inspiration. Culture is super hierarchial.

I applied online. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Stockholm, Stockholm (Sweden)) in December 2012.
There are two interviews in total, one would be a coding test, it is a gaming test asking to write a game using C++, and the description was in detail, that is a very easy game test, and I did it properly then got the other interview in Stockholm.
The other interview was a face to face interview with 3 people, one From EA headquarter, one is the team leader, the other would be the key developer. Questions about would be your program made and they asked in detail, such like why you use that, why not, bla bla.
