I worked at Electronic Arts full-time (More than 10 years)
There is so much opportunity to grow your career at EA. They hire smart people, to build products to bring fun to people's lives. Contribute. Care about the people around you and the work you do, and you will thrive.
It's a large, complex company - it may take a while to figure out how everything works. Ask, introduce yourself, be curious and you'll be fine.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Vancouver, BC (Canada)) in May 2017.
My experience was a nice one. The interview had 3 steps. First, I had to solve an online test with 3 problems on an online platform. Secondly, I had a meeting with two seniors and in my last step, an interview with project manager.
