I have been working at Elevations Credit Union full-time (More than 3 years)
Great time off benefits
Values are where they need to be
The company has a good reputation in its field of membership.
Attention to employee goals and aspirations (in some departments).
Over the past year this company implemented major changes to its own policies and procedures. It almost feels as if they have hired a third party organization to evaluate their ability to grow more their revenue exponentially.
There are veteran employees that are some of the most unprofessional Individuals that I have ever had the misfortune of working along side with. I am aware of more than a handful of individuals who are consistently recording conversations to prove the unprofessionalism and hostility of which they are enduring.
If you are seeking an opportunity with elevations, I would not at this point in time. There are so many changes happening on a day to day basis (most for the good), that make it extremely evident of the detrimental behaviors that have been allowed in previous years.
Advice to Management
Keep making reactive positive changes but also focus on making proactive policies and practices that have a positive impact on employees.
Make training a unified experience, the knowledge level of employees in all departments is extremely inconsisten.
