I have been working at Endeavor Air full-time (Less than a year)
You'll get payed to fly. Meet some great friends you can take sodas and pretzels from the cart home. If your good with being an FO for life like me this is the place for you. Hotels are good plenty of extra soaps, toilet paper, toothpaste, lotions etc. for you take home. You can easily commute from your home.
We'll if you want to be a CA here's what's probably going to happen you'll be a senior FO with no chance of upgrading because we can't attract FO's or a junior CA who will get downgraded for the same reason. Crew scheduling is a joke. Training department is mediocre.
Advice to Management
Keep the CRJ-200's people can get the CRJ2 rating at UND and ERAU.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Endeavor Air (Detroit, MI) in October 2015.
The interview is a little cold but they're watching you. They make you do the height & reach test, as well as ask you to share a customer service experience.
Make sure you come early with your application already printed, as well as a photo ID. You'll be group interviewed and then get a one on one. If you make it to the interviews at the end, you've most likely gotten the job.
You'll be drug tested off site immediately after being offered the position.
Reasons for Declining
If you accept, know that your training is four weeks in Minneapolis and you only make $400 for it.
Also, note that Endeavor operates those tiny planes with a lot of turbulence. No thank you!
