I have been working at Esurance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Thorough training process which can be lacking in the insurance industry. They put you on the floor fully prepared to handle claims and deal with what is coming your way when you make your first call. Diverse employment and management staff and good mix of younger and more experienced voices at all levels. Office (Madison, WI) is small but has updated technology like standing desks at all stations.

    Cons

Nothing that comes to mind at this point in time.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Esurance (Madison, WI) in January 2019.

    Interview

Had a phone interview with the recruiter and was offered an in person interview on the same call. Interviewed in person with two unit managers a week or so after the phone interview. Asked about myself, my past experience, why I applied and so on. Questions in that interview were mostly STAR based and if you have ever had those questions before you'll be used to them as they are all pretty standard. They did not currently have a position available so I had to wait about three weeks for my second in person interview with the claims/branch manager which was similar to the first interview with questions but we mostly talked about my past employment and what I hope to achieve while working for them. Was offered a position about a week later.
