I have been working at Exago as an intern

    Pros

My experience at Exago has been nothing but enjoyment when it comes to working with the people there and the work I have been able to produce. As an intern at Exago, I felt that I was listened to as much as any other employee and that my opinion was taken seriously from the beginning. I have gotten to know many of the employees in the different departments over the years and all of them have treated me with respect and were happy to answer any questions I had. I would go as far to say I have made friends for life at Exago and have high hopes for 2021.

    Cons

    Nothing comes to mind currently.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Exago (Shelton, CT) in August 2019.

    Interview

My interview was probably the most enjoyable interview I have had. The position was discussed in relation to my job history with a good evaluation of what my fit would be. I was able to meet with several department leaders that I would be working with and had the opportunity to ask a lot of questions about the company culture and background.
Some interviews can feel like they take forever and that you are asked a lot of questions that are completely not relevant to the job position. That was not the case with Exago.

    • They asked for examples from my recent work history that would help me most in the current role.   Answer Question
