I have been working at Exago full-time (More than 3 years)
At Exago, people will notice and reward your hard work. The culture promotes respect and cares about your opinion. There is plenty of opportunity for those willing to think beyond their job description. No pressure to fit in, and speaking up is encouraged, not punished. Team is growing at a measured piece and hiring practices are rigorous. Good diversity as well.
You will be encouraged to find paths for growth, not stay in the same place. This is not for everyone. Some positions have less direction than some may like.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Exago (Shelton, CT) in November 2017.
Very informal and efficient. There was a video interview with my director followed by an in-house group interview with my peers. The interview process was great because they allowed me to make the decision on If I wanted to work here just as much as they were determining if they wanted me to work for them.
