    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Family First Life (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2021.

    Interview

The interview process was done via a scheduled phone call.
Confirmation and reminder emails/texts were provided of the scheduled call.
The interviewer was friendly, informative, helpful, and was not pushy. I had a good overall feeling about their statements and feedback about the company as well as their answers to my questions.

    Interview Questions

    • The primary thing is that this is a 100% commission based pay plan and so they seemed to mostly want to make sure people fully understood that during the interview.   1 Answer
