    Pros

They treat you right. Fidelity is a large company, but feels like a family.

    Cons

There is red tape in the financial service industry and Fidelity is particularly conservative. This may put a strain on your work life, but Fidelity cares about its customers and would rather be cautious.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice for management.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Covington, KY) in January 2022.

    Interview

Two rounds, mostly soft-skill questions. First round was with two interviewers, second round with three. Everyone was very nice and the interview didn't feel overly formal. Both interviews were over Zoom and scheduled in advance by an HR representative (who was also very nice). Ultimately did not get an offer, but follow-up was quick from HR; second round scheduled in less than a week and heard back on the second round after almost exactly one week. Got feedback on how to improve chances in future interviews.
