Nice culture, occasionally free lunches, lots of overtime was offered,pay isn’t awful, you can listen to music at work.
Extremely repetitive, boring, instability, they care more about speed as opposed to accuracy.
Advice to Management
Give more advanced notice to temps when you’re letting them go. Put more emphasis on quality instead of quantity.

Overall, the initial interview screening process was a pleasant experience! Recruiter provided a detailed overview on the steps of the interview process. Recruiter made for a positive experience. She was professional and gave me detailed information on what to expect along the interview process.
