    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Palo Alto, CA) in March 2019.

    Interview

For Undergrads it's basically a technical phone screen mostly talking about projects and then a longer behavioral interview where they ask you what would you do in a bunch of scenarios. About 3 months later they gave me the results.

    Interview Questions

    • If a chair squeaks when somebody sits on it, how would you as the leader of a team go about fixing it.   Answer Question
