    Pros

    Love the team culture here. Everyone is willing to tackle the challenges and lend a hand at any time. Leadership team defines the work hard/play hard dynamic and this can be one of the most fun places to work. High value on culture, diversity and quality of workplace life.

    Cons

    Still a startup in many ways - relatively flat org chart doesn't provide the career ladder that a behemoth tech company would.

    Fairly simple met with the SE director , and the Sales rep i would work with. Got the offer that afternoon. Was surprised to see the process move so quickly. Asked me to start that next monday however needed to provide my current employers 2 weeks
