I have been working at Foresters Financial full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Competitive compensation structure along with supervision of management. Some of the most competitive products in the industry. Vision of growth. Unlimited compensation and practice growth. Training program is great with online program, weekly sales meetings and conference calls and webinars.

    Cons

Initially the work/family life balance is tough. You need to develop your own business plan.

    Advice to Management

No changes I can think of at this point.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Foresters Financial (Rockland, NY) in March 2016.

    Interview

1st interview was very basic brought in a group of 6 applicants and went through a half hour background on the companies history and what the position was like after that there is a 1 on 1 meeting with the branch manager for 15 minutes...2nd interview was more in depth with a 1 on 1 with the assistant branch manager giving you all the information on the position...The job is commission only after 6 months so I declined
