I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Four Seasons (Denver, CO) in October 2013.
Apply online, follow up email, ask back then, 4 tier behavioral interview, start with Human Resources, hiring manager, department manager, and finally the general manager. This is all done to make sure that your personality and work ethic adhere to the brand culture and you will make a good fit. 2 day 8 hour training, followed by a one month department training.
