    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fractal (London, England (UK)) in August 2019.

    Interview

We were told during the presentation that they are looking to increase the percentage of women working. And that is what they did. It was an on campus hiring and they were clearly looking for someone good at SQL. Girls who knew very less or nothing were selected. Inspite of knowing SQL i wasn't sent to the round where that was tested and rejected directly and so were few others. Yes i understand that they need to increase the percentage of women working in their organization but this is not the manner. Very much disappointing from a company which claims to be one of the leading analytics company in India.
