I have been working at Frank Recruitment Group full-time (More than 5 years)
I started working at FRG shortly after I graduated college and haven't ever looked back. The opportunity is truly there to not only be in total control of your earnings, but of your career as well. One of the best parts about working at FRG is that the job is never boring. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, and as soon as you get settled into a position, you have the opportunity to expand your skillset and take on new responsibilities if that is what you want
Purely by the nature of what we are doing (working with people and organizations to provide them Recruitment Services), you can do everything correctly and sometimes a placement might fall through that is absolutely out of your control. It's our job as Managers to help identify those potential issues as early as possible and tackle them in a proactive manner rather than in a reactive way.
Advice to Management
Keep it simple
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Frank Recruitment Group (New York, NY).
A recruiter reached out to me for this position, I spoke with him on the phone the following day and everything went well. He set me up for a webcam interview with the higher ups. They had me sit on Skype waiting for them for about 20 minutes, no apologies, pretty much told me that money is their main priority and told me nothing great or inspiring about the company.
If was a brief interview. I was never contacted after with an offer or that they decided to move along with another candidate.
I would have passed on the opportunity if they'd given it anyways so it's a win-win.
