- Positive work environment, simple to low or basic requirements for employment making it a great starting job with a company either in or fresh after High school.
- Friendly and Understanding staff on site, that over the two years I became close with, that ultimately benefited me in various regions of my last two adolescent years before moving out from my parents and into the real world of independence and sacrifices for survival.
Part Time Employee if hired upon my same age ( at that time "16" meaning no benefits and mandatory work hours without discussion or any sort of ore planning since so low on totem pole and not even in sight when debated among the Lead Employees planning their individual weeks needs.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fred Meyer (Covington, WA) in May 2014.
Application was done online. HR was very friendly and helpful with the entire process. Interview was easy and straightforward. Getting hired took two interviews one with HR and then one with the department manager. Both groups asked the same questions, both took less than 30 minutes. Process was enjoyable but seemed a bit complex and long for an entry level position.
