Management can be slow on fulfilling equipment requests
Management not always quick to punish bad workers, so you are stuck with them for too long
Advice to Management
When equipment is broken/missing, get it replaced ASAP. Also, get rid of the bad workers.

Simple and Genuine Interview. They want to make sure you are very customer oriented. Make sure to be positive and honest. Once they Hire you, orientation is very simple and fun.
