    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Funding Circle (Berlin (Germany)) in April 2017.

    Interview

I had an interview at Berlin office which lasted about an hour. Interview went quite well, but before I left, I was informed that I should receive feedback about my candidacy in two weeks time. Two weeks have passed and received no feedback. So I e-mailed the person who interviewed me after two weeks and was told that "They were still waiting for feedback from their Headquarters in the U.K". Three more weeks have passed since their last communication with no feedback whatsoever. Is this the way they treat their employees?
