I worked at GE Power full-time (More than 10 years)
GE was a great place to work because of the close networking of the employees and managers. Work/life balance was encouraged and helped to reduce stress.
There really were not any bad things about GE Power. Was a great working environment.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE Power (Atlanta, GA) in September 2018.
I had an on campus interview. It was with two young professionals, one of which had gone through the internship program in the past. It was much more of a relaxed conversion than other interviews I've attended. They did ask some classic interview questions, but a lot of it was them telling me about their experience at GE and trying to figure out where I could find a good fit within the company.
