The team works well together and is focused on providing clients with quality service in a timely manner. People support each other internally to facilitate a good work-life balance, which creates a positive culture. I'm not someone to tow the company line, but they have good people and products.
Getting changes implemented requires a pretty extensive approval process that needs streamlined.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at GE Power (Boulder, CO).
Initial phone interview, standard interview questions, tour of facility, met with other employees, discussion with HR. Follow-up with one-on-one discussion with hiring manager two days later and meeting with team.
