    Pros

The company overall is doing some amazing things in the engineering lab. Great atmosphere with a very positive and enthusiastic work force. The benefit package is one of the best in the area.

    Cons

In this business the ups and downs of sales has forced several layoffs and it is on the back of your mind if your time might be up?

    Advice to Management

From the start of my employment to the current day it has been refreshing to have management share the ideas and results of the company and the path that follows.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GE Power (Waukesha, WI) in September 2013.

    Interview

Started off with a phone interview. Was asked to go to drug screen then came in for interview. Took a tour of the facility. Got to meet some of the employees. Met some of the management. Asked questions specific to job. Described what the business was about. They talked about the out look of the company.
