    Step 1: assessment test
    Step 2 : phone interview
    Step 3: typing and data entry simulation test
    Step 4: 1 on 1 questions abour past experiences on past jobs
    Step 5: live phone simulation test with interviewer
    Step 6: shadow a current agent listening to live calls while taking notes
    Last step: group interview with department manager and hiring manager
    ( steps 3- 7(last) took about 5hrs in one day)

    They made me wait over a week to tell me if I had a position or not after telling me it would take a couple days.
