    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Chevy Chase, MD) in April 2022.

    Interview

You will first have a 30-minute interview with the Chief Data Officer on a business case related to insurance, but it's really to understand your thought process. Following you will take the caliper assessment and then have an hour interview with the managers of leadership development, all behavioral questions (with a focus on leadership). Then you get an offer if you pass all those rounds.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe how to get the market size of people who would agree to use telemetry, would not agree to use telemetry, and are in between for tracking their driving history.

Question on how to handle a situation with high losses, high price, and low competitiveness.

Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult employee?

Tell me about a situation where integrity came into play?

How have you handled a decision that you did not agree with but had to follow through on?

Tell me about a challenge situation, where you have been innovative to solve it?

A time you have coached an employee?   1 Answer
