Application
I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Jersey City, NJ).
Interview
The two online assessments to start are reading comprehension and some counting blocks thing. You won't get all the answers don't wory!
THEN a behavioral assessment online.
Then a phone interview. They will just read off a peice of paper. Its easy.
The role play you work as a claims adjuster for a fake company. 3 people came in who work for a body shop and hate your estimates and want to yell at you. You will need to fill out paperwork in between and also plan the fastest route to clients with a map provided. Stay calm and do your best. I was told I would known the day of and of course didnt. Got an email saying i didn't get it. But everyone interviewing me seemed rather unhappy and after reading the reviews for the job I think I can live without it.
Good luck
