I have been working at GEICO full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

GEICO has excellent benefits at a reasonable cost to the employee. The yearly profit sharing is another positive when working for GEICO

    Cons

The GEICO culture is to overwhelm the Adjuster with the amount work. Therefore, you will work long hours and have a poor work life balance.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (New Brunswick, NJ) in December 2017.

    Interview

In the process right now. Two sets of online tests, a phone interview and in person role play completed so far. Completed yesterday, awaiting results. Role play was fun and challenging. I liked it.
