    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at GEODIS (Brentwood, TN) in August 2016.

    Interview

I was sought out by an OHL recruiter. I completed an initial phone screening with the recruiter followed by a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager several days later. A week or so later I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. Everyone was very nice and accommodating though they asked me to reschedule due to timing conflicts with their budget obligations. (understandable) The office has a very dull, "about business" atmosphere. You could hear a pin drop and it was Friday. I was told Mondays and Fridays are their meeting filled days, which I thought a bit odd.
