I have been working at GEODIS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Continuous growth on both a personal level and business level. Strong vision, goals and a strategic plan in place to become the leader in logistics

    Cons

We could improve on communication between shifts, this will allow everyone to be aligned and consistent with delivering messages to our teams. It can get really warm in the hotter weather but GEODIS motto is safety first. We go over hydrating, take small breaks, communicate if you aren't feeling well due to the heat

    Advice to Management

Be better communicators to your teams, this will go a long way with your leadership team if they have answers for the team and all have the same message

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GEODIS (Plainfield, IN) in January 2017.

    Interview

Very difficult, they will ask you hard questions. They will go over your resume with a fine tooth cone. Find any and all they can and throw it at you in a way you never thought possible.
