Educating our new hires and old every day on the company's focus and priorities with a customer first mindset.
Staff personal phone distractions. Some new hires challenges.
Advice to Management
As upper management, we were held accountable for progress on our associates and training in the moment. Also developing and growth. We were also available to assist each f other development.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gap (New York, NY) in March 2013.
Relatively easy. Asked a few questions and filled out form with background check. they were focused on my personality and ability to care for the customers. Besides that it was relatively traditional interview for me.
