Nosy employees from the non it sector
Direction less upper management in it
Never follow up after an employee has left
Did not receive the experience certificate when contacted after three years of termination of employment
Advice to Management
Don't do micromanagement, try to operate at a higher level. You will be happy, so will be your employees.
Be more focused on using it to your business advantage.
There are many projects and it infrastructure existing that have absolutely no future.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Gap (San Bruno, CA) in June 2009.
The interviewer was rude and rushed the interview. She even told me she had to cut the interview short to speak with someone with more experience.
