I worked at Garland Heart full-time
100% Remote, Macbook Pros, Regular employees (non-management) are good people.
Decisions are made to fix temporary situations so everyone is always in firefighter mode because long term decisions are not made .
Management will not take responsibility for any mistakes made.
Pay raises very seldom given, even if earned.
Very high turnover in the past two years (Make sure and ask about the turnover rate if you are interviewing).
Upper management spin tales (translate: lies) to employees talking about how great the company is doing financially and culturally.
Advice to Management
Over the years I was there, I learned that advice is usually ignored because upper management think they have it all under control so advice in this section would be unnecessary. I spent years offering suggestions that went unheeded so I don't know why I would be listened to now. Unfortunately, most of management will spend more time trying to figure out who wrote this review (hint: it is not who you think it is) rather than trying to fix the actual problems.
