    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Genentech (South San Francisco, CA) in October 2020.

    Interview

I first interviewed on the phone for a scientist position at OBD (oncology biomarker discovery) with the hiring manager. He said he will invite me for a full day interview. But I never heard back. Later I interviewed at the same department for another scientist position ( 2 phone interview and one full day interview). They have not notified my on the outcome (although they promised to do so within a given time frame). I think this department hiring team does not respect candidates time and effort and they do not keep any promises. I will never show interest.
