    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at General Dynamics (Santa Clara, CA) in November 2010.

    Interview

Submitted resume through employee referral and got called relatively quickly. Spoke with HR several times over phone, interview was on-site with senior manager. Apparently I was supposed to go through another round of interview with the engineers but it was over Thanksgiving week and no one was around, so I got offered the job with just the behavioral part of the interview process.

    Interview Questions

    • Entire interview was just behavioral so nothing really difficult or unexpected.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

    Didn't really negotiate.
